President:
Joshua Cunningham

Joshua Cunningham is responsible for the overall leadership of Fellows, coordination of day-to-day operations, and company sales efforts. He is a home schooled senior who maintains a high GPA and excels in academics and golf. Josh is the founding President of BitWise Fellows and has been instrumental in establishing the overall goals and objectives, organizational framework, staffing approach, and client interactions. Josh's strong leadership and communication skills have been essential as he has interacted with teachers and potential clients around the area. He possesses a passion for entrepreneurship, leadership capabilities, and the strong desire to meet the needs of others. Josh's tireless work ethic, diligence, and outgoing personality allow him to effectively interact with individuals and successfully meet their specific needs.

Senior Project Manager:
John Shi

John Shi is responsible for the management of projects as well as the coordination of the Fellows team. Additionally, he serves as head of the Fellows alumni program and oversees aspects of Fellows marketing and design initiatives. He is a graduate of Carmel High School where he developed extensive experience with staff leadership and a background in communications, web design, print design, and management. He served as Managing editor for the nationally celebrated Hilite newspaper and as a photographer for Carmel Clay Parks. John is now attending Dartmouth College.

Project Manger:
Michael Ratliff

Michael Ratliff fills part of the project management role at Fellows in addition to handling company marketing operations and contributing to client site development. He will fully take on the position of project manager once John Shi graduates. As a home schooled senior, he excels and earns high grades in his classes. Currently he is enrolled at Ivy Tech, attaining a jumpstart to his college career while testing at the top of dual credit courses. Along with advanced computer troubleshooting skills, Michael has a fundamental working knowledge of Web development and design. Michael's strong work ethic and work-oriented tenacity combined with his excellent communication skills enable him to be an effective project manager for the Fellows.

Marketing Manager:
Sarah Cunningham

Sarah Cunningham is responsible for marketing at BitWise Fellows. She is a home schooled freshman who enjoys her speech and French coursework. She is also an accomplished photographer with interests in capturing landscapes and portraits. Sarah is a creative, expressive and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and working in various environments. Her strong interpersonal skills uniquely position her as BitWise Fellow’s first Marketing Manager. Sarah is planning to pursue a dual major in college in the areas of marketing and photography. Along with photography, Sarah’s interests include taking part in local plays, reading, and playing piano and guitar.

Web Developer:
Jeff Sites

Jeff Sites is also a web developer at Fellows. He is a graduate from Pike High School where he took computer science/programming classes in addition to web design classes. Jeff is now attending Ball State University. His interests include software development, computer hardware, computer networking, and the development of professional web sites for business use. Jeff has experience in HTML, C/C++, Python, Perl, C#.Net, Java, JavaScript, CSS, PHP, SQL, MySQL, ASP.Net, databases, and Visual Basic.Net. He has participated in multiple development competitions, including the Business Professionals of America where he placed well in Java programming and Visual Basic.Net programming. At the 2006 Marion County Technology Fair, Jeff took 1st place in Visual Basic.Net programming and received an IUPUI scholarship.

Web Developer:
Joshua Kimpel

Joshua Kimpel is a web developer at Fellows. He graduated from Park Tudor where he carried a high GPA and had taken all the advanced placement computer classes available, including computer science, data structures, dynamic web design, and independant study computer science. Josh has been recognized by the Cum Laude Society during each of his first three years in high school. He is currently attending the Rochester Institute of Technology. Josh helps other high school students with their computer courses through his volunteer work as a computer science tutor at school. Josh has competed in computer science competitions at Butler, Miami of Ohio, and Evansville and has good experience working in group projects. Josh has worked on several web sites for school projects and has knowledge of HTML, Java, C#, ASP, SQL, graphics, databases, and Photoshop.

Web Developer:
Alex Hearn

Alex Hearn is a Web developer at Fellows. He is a senior at Park Tudor where he has taken all three years of available computer science classes, including AP Computer Science, Data Structures, and Dynamic Web Development, as well as an independent study in Computer Science. In addition to his work in the classroom and at Bitwise, Alex is the administrator of Park Tudor's Creative Writing Web site. He has competed in Computer Science competitions at IUPUI, including two first place finishes with fellow Bitwise team member Sahil Yakhmi. Alex has extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, ASP, C#, Java, basic proficiency in Python, and is currently teaching himself PHP.

Web Developer:
Sahil Yakhmi

Sahil Yakhmi is a Web developer at Bitwise Fellows. He is a senior at Park Tudor where he has maintained a very high GPA while taking a challenging courseload of Advanced Placement classes. He has taken all of the available computer science classes in his three years at Park Tudor, including AP Computer Science, AP Data Structures, and Dynamic Web Development, in addition to a directed study in Computer Science. Apart from his academic achievements and work at Bitwise, Sahil is an active member of the school's music program, particularly the Jazz program. He has competed in Computer Science competitions at IUPUI, Butler, and Miami of Ohio, including two first place finishes with fellow Bitwise team member Alex Hearn. He also has competed on his school's ACSL team, qualifying for the All-Stars competition in Katy, Texas, where the team placed seventh. Sahil has extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, ASP.NET, C#, Java, and has also worked in Python and the Flash environment.

Web Designer:
Jameal Ghaznawi

Jameal Ghaznawi takes on the design role at Fellows. He also does a small amount of coding when needed. He graduated from Pike High School where he enjoyed computer classes and boasted a high GPA. Jameal is now attending Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. His favorite class is Advanced Web Design where he is able to use and further develop his skills. Jameal also enjoys the hardware side of computers and is taking computer hardware classes. During his sophomore year Jameal took 1st place at the National Leadership Conference for Business Professionals of America in Orlando, Florida. He is proficient in Adobe® graphic design programs such as Fireworks and Photoshop but prefers Fireworks. In addition to graphic design, Jameal enjoys coding in HTML, Javascript, PHP, and using MySQL for databases.

Web Designer:
Kevin Trehan

Kevin Trehan, a junior at Covenant Christian High School, takes on the role as a designer at the Fellows. He has spent many years studying various aspects of video game development, including 3D modeling, animation, and programming. He has taken a number of digital design classes and is ambitious to teach himself several programming languages. Kevin has strived in self-learning C#, Perl, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and C++. He has also spent much time and effort learning and creating Flash animations. During his freshman year in high school, Kevin tested out of computer and art classes. Now, as a junior, Kevin is taking an advanced digital design class. Some of Kevin’s hobbies include playing the drums, designing and developing video games, and playing basketball. Upon being hired as a Fellow, Kevin is determined to gain experience as both a designer and developer in an office environment, and to increase his knowledge in those areas.
