A.J. Gorsage A.J. Gorsage is the president at the Fellows. He is in charge of overall company leadership as well as the leader of Fellows sales interactions. He is currently a junior at Guerin Catholic High School where he maintains a high GPA while excelling in academics and involvement in the school’s community. A.J. will be the second overall president of BitWise Fellows and will seek to further progress the overall goals and objectives, organizational framework, and client interactions that Josh Cunningham established. A.J.’s strong leadership, communication, and people skills will be essential as he represents the Fellows in the Indianapolis area. He possesses a passion for entrepreneurship, leadership capabilities, and the strong desire to meet the needs of others. A.J.’s outgoing personality and ability to deal with a wide range of individuals are very helpful as he leads the business. |
Joshua Moes Joshua Moes holds the project manager position in which he works to make sure the team knows what they have to do and when to have it finished. He also has to communicate with clients via email, phone, or meetings. He is a senior at Covenant Christian High School. He is enrolled in an even spread of classes and holds a steady GPA. He is currently teaching himself the basics of several coding languages and is also learning the fundamentals of other programs such as Microsoft Accounting and Microsoft Access. Josh is using his job at Bitwise Fellows to gain an understanding of the business world. His leadership, social and organizational skills make him a great fit for his role as assistant project manager. Josh is planning on duel majoring in college; in business and a second major dealing with the business he chooses to go with. Several of Josh’s interests include the love of playing guitar and piano, listening to music, and learning new things. |
Renee Jalbert Renee Jalbert holds the project manager position where she works to make sure the team stays on schedule. She also communicates with clients via email, phone, or meetings. Renee is using this job to gain experience and knowledge of the business world. She hopes to run her own business in the future and knows that this job and position will be a good influence. Renee is a sophomore at Covenant Christian High School. She is a hardworking student, very patient, and persistent. She has been playing the harp for almost six years with the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM). She wants to go into cosmetology after high school. |
Sarah Cunningham Sarah Cunningham is responsible for marketing at BitWise Fellows. She is a home schooled sophomore who enjoys her speech and French coursework. She is also an accomplished photographer with interests in capturing landscapes and portraits. Sarah is a creative, expressive and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and working in various environments. Her strong interpersonal skills uniquely position her as BitWise Fellow’s first Marketing Manager. Sarah is planning to pursue a dual major in college in the areas of marketing and photography. Along with photography, Sarah’s interests include taking part in local plays, reading, and playing piano and guitar. |
Michael Wintermeyer Michael Wintermeyer is a Web developer at Bitwise Fellows. He is a senior at Park Tudor where he has taken all computer science courses available, including both AP Computer Science classes, Dynamic Web Development, and two independent studies. Beyond Bitwise and the classroom, Michael participates in plays and musicals at Park Tudor, is on the Track and Field team, and takes part in numerous Computer Science contests. His team has won first place at IUPUI and Butler, second at ACSL All-Stars, and third at Miami of Ohio. He also individually earned first place in the ACSL competition with a perfect score. Michael has experience in Java, C++, C#, HTML, and has a basic knowledge of Visual Basic and PHP. |
Stephen Weaver Stephen Weaver is a Web developer at Bitwise Fellows. He is a home schooled high school graduate who is using BitWise Fellows as a platform by which to further his knowledge and gain experience in web development. Stephen is self-taught in HTML, XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and PHP. Currently he is learning MySQL and has plans to teach himself C# in the near future. In addition to Web development, Stephen enjoys playing soccer and other sports. This fall Stephen plans to major in computer science at Pensacola Christian College. |
Kevin Trehan Kevin Trehan, a Senior at Covenant Christian High School, takes on the role as the web designer for the Fellows. He has spent many years studying various aspects of video game design, including 3D modeling, animation, and some programming. He has taken a number of graphic design classes. He has also spent much time and effort learning and creating Flash animations. During his freshman year in high school, Kevin tested out of computer and art classes. Now, as a Senior, Kevin is taking the Senior Digital Design class offered at his school. Upon being hired as a Fellow, Kevin is determined to gain experience as a designer in an office environment, and to increase his knowledge in this area. |
Elissa Jarrett Elissa Jarrett, a homeschooled Senior at the Olive Shoot Academy, will be filling the position of web designer for the Fellows. She has spent many years developing her skills in various art and design techniques. In doing so, she has become proficient in pencil sketching, oil & acrylic painting, graphic design, and photography. Elissa is self-taught in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. She is looking forward to the opportunity to help clients bring their design concepts to reality and to attain a greater level of knowledge and experience as a designer at Bitwise Fellows. |
Russtin Trotter Russtin Trotter is the president of the Indianapolis division of the Fellows. In adition to being the leader of the overal company, he is also in charge of the Fellows' sales. He is currently a sophomore at New Tech High at Arsenal Technical High School where he maintains a high GPA while excelling in athletics and involvement in the school’s community. He is a varsity football player, a member of BDPA Indianapolis, and a member of Net Literacy Indianapolis. Russtin is the third overall president of BitWise Fellows and will seek to further progress the overall goals and objectives, organizational framework, and client interactions that Joshua Cunningham established. Russtin’s strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential as he represents the Fellows in the Indianapolis area. He possesses a passion for entrepreneurship, leadership capabilities, and the strong desire to succeed the needs of clients and co-workers. Russtin’s outgoing personality and ability to collaborate are very helpful as he leads the business to success. |
Marcus Anderson Marcus Anderson is the project manager of the Indianapolis division of the Fellows. He works to make sure the team knows what they have to do and when to have a project finished. He also has to communicate with clients via email, phone, or meetings. He is a sophomore at New Tech High at Arsenal Technical High School. He is enrolled in various types of classes and holds a steady GPA. He is currently teaching himself the basics of several coding languages and is also learning the fundamentals of other programs such as the Adobe applications. Marcus is using his job at Bitwise Fellows to gain an understanding of the business world and to branch off into a self-owned business. His leadership, social, and organizational skills make him a great fit for his role as project manager. Marcus is planning to start a small business right out of high school. Several of Marcus’s interests include playing piano, sports, producing movies, and learning and creating new things. |
